​Unless we're out of town for an event or pop-up, we harvest oysters fresh from our farm in Copano Bay each Thursday, and they can be picked up from our shop at 105 Gadwell Ln in Rockport, TX from 9AM until 6PM each Friday!

Oysters are sold unshucked, and priced at $24/dozen or in multiples of 50 for $90.

Oysters can be shipped via Southwest Cargo by weight.

To ensure the freshest oysters, we only harvest orders made during the week leading up to each Thursday harvest, so make sure to submit your order by the Wednesday before our harvests!

Following your submission, you will be e-mailed an invoice.

Only pre-paid orders will be harvested.
