​Unless we're out of town for an event or pop-up, we harvest oysters fresh from our farm in Copano Bay each Thursday, and they can be picked up from our shop at 105 Gadwell Ln in Rockport, TX from 9AM until 6PM each Friday!

While we aren't currently able to ship, we do plan to have that capability in the very near future!

Oysters are sold unshucked, and priced at $24/dozen, or in multiples of 50 for $90.

To ensure the freshest oysters, we only harvest orders made during the week leading up to each Thursday harvest, so make sure to submit your order by the Wednesday before our harvests!

Following your submission, you will be e-mailed an invoice.

Only pre-paid orders will be harvested.
